Tadalafil belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors, primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Erectile dysfunction is the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual activity. Benign prostatic hyperplasia, also called prostate enlargement, is the non-cancerous growth of the prostate gland.
Tadalafil contains ‘Tadalafil’, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis; this allows the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thereby, it helps to treat erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil relaxes the bladder and prostate muscles, thereby reducing enlarged prostate symptoms such as difficulty in urination and urgent need to urinate.
You are advised to take Tadalafil for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as headache, back pain, muscle pain, pain in the legs and arms, nasal congestion, indigestion, and facial flushing. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Do not take Tadalafil if you are taking nitrates (used to treat angina), riociguat (used to treat pulmonary hypertension) or alpha-blockers; if you have heart problems or stroke, low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure. Tadalafil is not intended for use in women. Tadalafil may cause dizziness, so drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol as it might cause increased dizziness. Tadalafil should not be given to children as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your health condition and the medicines you are taking to avoid unpleasant side effects.

Tadalafil 10 mgEach blue, diamond-shaped gelatin capsule with a scoreline is engraved with a numeral "10" in boldface. The capsule shell contains a white powder. The gelatin shell contains gelatin. The "10" in the "tadalafil" indicates the dose strength.

Tadalafil is usually taken as a single daily dose.Many things can go wrong with taking tadalafil. These include poor diet, high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, kidney problems, muscle problems, diabetes, high blood cholesterol, high blood sugar, and depression.
If you are taking tadalafil regularly, your doctor may want you to regularly monitor your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and other medications you are taking to ensure that you get the most benefit from the medication.
If you take tadalafil regularly, your doctor may want you to regularly check in with you to see if you may benefit from this medication. This will allow you to be more active and feel the effects more regularly.
These include poor diet, high blood pressure, heart disease, liver disease, kidney problems, muscle problems, diabetes, high blood sugar, and depression.
If you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction, such as trouble breathing, swelling of the face or lips, or hives, it is important that you tell your doctor right away. If you are having surgery, your doctor may want to stop tadalafil and/or taking other medications that may be known to cause an allergic reaction.
Tell your doctor if your blood pressure is not getting within the normal range or is not maintaining an adequate level of your blood pressure. High blood pressure, even in the face of sudden changes in blood pressure, can increase the risk of serious complications (such as strokes, blood clots, and heart attacks).
If you experience symptoms of an allergic reaction such as trouble breathing, swelling of the face or lips, or hives, get into a very severe position while taking tadalafil. Stop taking the medication and contact your doctor immediately if you develop a rash or fever.
People who have had an allergic reaction to tadalafil or any of its ingredients may require a lower dose. Higher doses will usually only be given to those who have previously experienced an allergic reaction to tadalafil.
Tadalafil may not be safe for everyone.

Tadaflo 5mg tablet contains the active ingredient Tadalafil. It is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) and benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) symptoms. Erectile dysfunction is an inability to keep an erection firm enough for sexual activity. BPH is a condition characterized by men's prostate gland enlargement. This medication is not used in women and individuals under 18. This medication can enhance sexual performance and improve overall sexual satisfaction. By facilitating the ability to achieve and maintain an erection, it can increase confidence and reduce anxiety related to sexual activity.
Tadaflo 10mg tablet should not be taken if you currently use any form of nitrate-related medication ( used for angina or heart conditions). This medication is unsuitable for individuals with certain cardiovascular conditions, including recent heart attacks, unstable angina, severe heart failure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or stroke within the past six months. Do not drink alcohol and grapefruit juice while taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet. Talk to your physician if you are intolerant to sugars, as this medicine contains lactose. You need to inform your physician about any serious heart disorders, low or high blood pressure, vision problems, sickle cell anemia, liver disorders, kidney disorders, or a recent heart attack if you have.
How to useTake as prescribed by your physician. Swallow Tadaflo 10mg tablet whole with a glass of water. Do not crush or chew the tablet. Take the tablet with or without food. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not take extra doses for best results. Follow your doctor's instructions. Do not stop taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet without consulting your doctor first. Take the tablet consistently at evenly spaced intervals.
Your daily dose of Tadaflo 10mg tablet will depend on your medical history, your age, any underlying health conditions, and if you are taking any other medications. Your physician will determine the most appropriate dose based on your needs. Do not increase or decrease the dose without consulting your physician.
Side effects of Tadaflo 10mg tabletEach tablet of Tadaflo 10mg tablet contains 5 mg of the active ingredient Tadalafil. Food InteractionsGrapefruit and alcohol are types of medication used to ensure proper functioning of your body. Both medications are selective cyclooxygenase-2 (vas deferens) enzyme products. Both medications are broken down by the kidney called prostaglandin syntesth (PGSS), which is produced in response to sexual stimulation. Grapefruit and alcohol can affect how PGI-utic medicines work. Using grapefruit or alcohol can increase the level of PGE2 in the body, which can lead to symptoms like a racing heart, dizziness, and low blood pressure. It is important to avoid alcohol and grapefruit products while taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet. If you have unusual dizziness or nausea, do not drive, use machines, or do any work that requires mental alertness until you know how this medication affects you. Avoid drinking alcohol while taking Tadaflo 10mg tablet, as it may increase the risk of side effects.
